I ask that you cancel/reschedule at LEAST 24 hours in advance, if you cancel with less that 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a $15.00 fee. I allow a 5 minute grace period for lateness, if you will be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule, I am often booked full with little/no wiggle room for lateness. If you “No Call/No Show” your appointment, you will be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the price of the service you booked. I require this fee to be paid in full before you’re able to rebook. Please respect my time as much as I respect yours. I allow one “No Show” as a grace, after two no shows, you will be subject to removal as a client. 3 consecutive cancellations will result in being dismissed from booking further appointments with me.
